On the day of her Feast, which is the same day
as our parish fair (an indulgence day of the parish), St. Teresa of the Child
Jesus allowed us to be closer to HEAVEN. Heaven is where God is loved and praised, and
so we hope that this is also true in our Kamchatka J
We praised God as much as we were able during morning and evening
Eucharist. How can one not rejoice when a
crowd (of 23 faithful ones!) sang songs praising our God; of course together
with St. Teresa J The
heart rejoices! The
forecast called for rain on that day, but instead we had beautiful, wonderful
weather. Even our babushkas Agnesa and
Brendan put aside their sorrows and we were able to take them to the chapel for
common prayer! Dina came out of the
hospital with her newborn son Daniel and also joined us! St. Teresa also brought some guests for her feast.
All in all, the parish fair was a big celebration. –Enough special Graces for
everyone!
